Apple lanseaza astazi si un nou produs numit Magic Trackpad. Acest nou produs este clasicul trackpad pe care il cunoastem din linia de laptopuri Apple care acum poate sa fie utilizat wireless cu orice Mac.

Functioneaza la fel ca un trackpad de laptop Apple si se adreseaza celor care prefera un trackpad in locul unui mouse.

Apple sustine ca acest trackpad este mai sanatos pentru mana utilizatorului decat un mouse.

Noul Mac Pro poate avea pana la 12 procesoare, memorie de 512 Gb SSD si multe altele.

Procesoarele sunt Quad core si 6-Core Intel Xeon si ruleaza la 3,6 Ghz folosind Hyper-Threading pot ajunge pana la 24 de core-uri virtuale. Placa video inclusa este un ATI Radeon HD 5770 cu 1Gb de RAM memorie iar pentru cei care doresc la comanda este disponibil si modelul mai rapid ATI Radeon HD 5870 cu 1 Gb de memorie video.

Noul iMac arata identic cu modelul precedent. Mare diferenta este in interiorul carcasei. Aici cele doua modele de 21,5 inch si cel de 27 inch au primit un update serios. Noile computere au procesoare i3, i5 si i7.

Apple a lansat un nou model de Mac Mini cu un nou design.

Odata cu noul design si pretul computerului a crescut fata de modelul precedent. In USA acesta se poate achizitiona incepand cu pretul de 699 USD. Exista si o versiune cu un procesor mai puternic si mai mult spatiu disponibila la pretul de 999 USD.

Dar noul pret nu este mai mare doar datorita noului design. A aparut un port de HDMI care permite conectarea acestuia la un televizor care suporta acest tip de port. Cel mai probabil aceasta miscare inseamna ca Apple TV va disparea incet incet din linia de produse Apple contopindu-se cu Mac Mini la un moment dat.

In plus noul model de Mac Mini are si o noua placa grafica similara cu cea existenta in noile MacBook Pro si anume • NVIDIA GeForce 320M.

Noul update are 39,1 Mb si este disponibil in Software Update sau direct pe site-ul Apple.

Noua versiune include functia developer tools imbunatatita precum si o serie de tehnologi noi, HTML5 care vor permite realizarea de site-uri dinamice si interactive direct din HTML.

Noua versiune include si Safari Reader care permite citirea de articole web fara a vedea restul informatie de pe site. Tot din acest mod se poate printa articolul sau trimite pe e-mail.

Safari 5 foloseste un nou engine de JavaScript care se numeste Nitro. Apple spune ca Safari 5 pe Mac va rula un JavaScript cu 30% mai repede ca Safari 4, cu 3% mai repede ca Google Chrome si de 2 ori mai rapid ca Firefox 3.6. Safari foloseste si functia de DNS prefetching care va face ca site-urile deja vizitate sa se incarce mult mai repede.

Exista posibilitatea de a crea extensii bazate pe HTML5, CSS3 si JavaScript. Extension Builder, o alta functie noua in Safari, care simplifica dezvoltarea acestor extensii precum si distribuirea lor.

Deoarece ieri Apple a lansat un noul iPhone 4G precum si o serie de alte noutati software ne-am gandit sa facem o trecere in revista fata a intra prea mult in detalii.

• iPhone va avea o aplicatie tip iMovie care va costa 5 dolari.
• Cu noul telefon iPhone 4 se poate face videochat. Functia este disponibila doar prin WiFi, iar noua aplicatie se numeste FaceTime
• Camera foto de pe iPhone 4 are 5 Mpixeli
• Pretul de vanzare in USA este de 199USD pentru 16Gb si 299 USD pentru 32 G B
• Acesta fiind disponibil in USA incepand cu 24 iunie si in Europa cel mai probabil din Iulie.
• Sistemul de operare nu se mai numeste iPhone OS. Noul nume pentru acesta este iOS 4 si contine peste 100 de noi functii.
• Se poate folosi motorul de cautare Bing in browserul iPhone-ului pe langa Yahoo si Google. Google este inca motorul de cautare default.
• Aplicatia iBooks o sa fie disponibila atat pe iPhone cat si pe iPod Touch. PDF-uri primite pe mail se vor deschide automat in aceasta aplicatie. Carti digitale se pot descarca si sincroniza intre iPad, iPod Touch si iPhone
• Posesorii de iPhone 3GS si 3G pot face update gratuit la iOS din data de 21 iunie. Din pacate pe iPhone 3G sunt anumite functii care nu vor merge ca de exemplu multitasking.

Inca nu s-a anuntat o data finala pentru lansarea produsului dar foarte probabil va fi lansat in vara sau cel tarziu in toamna acestui an.

Conform celor spuse de producatorul Panic si din ce am testat si noi. Cea mai mare imbunatatire este legata de viteza de transmise care la prima vedere pare mult mai buna decat ce exista inainte. Producatorul anunta o viteza de 25 de ori mai mare decat la versiunea precedenta.

Pe langa viteza aplicatia are si o noua interfata si peste 45 de noi functii, unele mai utile altele doar banale.

• Cateva din acestea care merita mentionate sunt:
• Sincronizare usoara intre o mapa locala si o mapa de pe server
• Sistem de navigatie imbunatatit.
• Folderele sunt deasupra fisierelor in lista
• Suport pentru CloudFront de la Amazon S3
• aplicatia este pe 64-bit
• posibilitatea de a face mount la un FTP sau SSH direct pe desktop putand muta fisierele prin Drag&Drop.

Apple a introdus astazi noua serie de computere Macbook Pro avand procesoare core i5 si core i7.

Configuratiile sunt disponibile pe site-ul Apple US si sunt valabile doar pentru modelele cu monitor LCD de 15 si de 17 inch.

Preturile din US sunt mai mici decat la modelele precedente.

Noi am facut update pe cateva laptoputi fara probleme pana acum.

UPDATE!

Pe unul dintre computere si anume pe un Apple MacBook “Core 2 Duo” 2.4 13″ in momentul in care este conectat la TV si screen mirror este activat ecranul LCD arata ca mai jos. Problema apare cand incerc sa pun in Fullscreen un video sau un Powerpoint avand Screen mirror activat. Altfel functioneaza ok. Sper ca Apple sa rezolve aceasta problema.
